We collect your name, email address, and phone number when you register an account. We collect profile information you choose to add, including profile photos. We collect messages, images, and videos you send through the chat and group chat features of the App. We collect property listing details you submit, including descriptions, prices, and location text that you manually enter. We collect posts and comments you make on the community feed within the App.

We use your email address to send one time passwords, referred to as O T Ps, for account verification and login purposes. We use your account information to enable audio and video calling, messaging, and group chat features within the App. We use uploaded images and videos to display them within posts, chats, and property listings. We use your information to operate, maintain, and improve the App, and to communicate with you about your account.

We use Stream to power audio calls, video calls, and chat messaging functionality. We use Brevo to send email based one time passwords for account verification. We use Cloudinary to store and deliver images, photos, and videos uploaded through the App. We use MongoDB Atlas to securely store application data, including account information, messages, and property listings. We use RevoPush to deliver over the air updates to the App. Each of these providers processes data solely to provide their respective service to us, and may have their own privacy practices governing that data.
